.....I just cant see how et 20 on 8's would work w/ 225/50's. I run K1 w/ et 27 on 7/s w/ 225/50 and I am right uptomystruttubes...........? The 8 inch ers would be @ 12 mm closer to tube( @ 1/2")......figure in the et 20 vs et 27 and youd end up 5 mm closer to tube......I dont even have the 5 mm(1/5") room as it is. Maybe the RA1 's run wider than street 225's.

This is my concern as well. I just received my 15x8 et20 Slips and they're dang close to the strut tube. I should have 225 r-comps (though they're Advans, not RA-1) within the next week, so I'll post back up about any spacer needs. I'm sure alignment settings will affect this as well, though I don't plan to run crazy camber up front.

They are light, offered in 8" wide, and directly fit the E30.

And they fit BBKs perfect and cheap...and 225/50s should fit perfect with on a 15.

Ok looking at http://18racing.com/wheel_slipstream.html 15x8 offset 20, 57.1 is available in steel grey or flat black.

Some of you mentioned running 225/50r15 tires on the 15x8 wheels. I just want to confirm if you are running them with spacers or not before I order the tires.

Are those all gloss black? looks too shiny for flat but I thought thats what the GB were selling.

Mine are not gloss, more like satin. It's a trippy finish.

Mine are Glossy w/machine lip. It almost looks like a satin finish on the lip so I definitely would not call it polished.
