I like the top one better, but to be honest, the font on both of them is horrible.

the pixelation fits the lower one more. The night with black/white makse you think grainy is the intent.

I'm working mostly with paint...and a bit with microsoft frontpage, which is why they look so crappy....I can't really pick a font, none of them look good.

Doesn't look much like the Northwest, can't think of anytime i've been on a road like that, but I don't care. Thats 5x as good as anything I could make. Nice work man.
