    Pshop my lip please...

Well I've got a line on a place that I could get my front lip painted body color for next to nothing(full prep, paint and clear) and I'd like opinions on whether or not you think it'd look good. Since my ducts and fog fillers are black already, i dunno how it'd look. So if someone could just pshop the iS lip body color, it'd be greatly appreciated. Thanks...

Leave it. With the black fog deletes and brake ducts I saw leave it

What color are your deletes... they look better than mine :)

Well I still need to repaint it(black/or body color) before bimmerfest anyways, I'm just curious to see what it looks like red. And my fog deletes and brake ducts are just SEM trim paint. I sprayed them first with an adhesion promoter called Bulldog. It's held up so far, but I can't keep my lip from being peppered with rocks and chipping. Any ideas? Thats why I was interested in a clear coat over it.

if u could get a more evenly lighted pic I can take a crack at it... with half the lip in the dark, its near impossible to get a good selection on it.

alright here's a better no shadows pic. You can see how the lip is already peppered with rock chips and I painted it about a week ago. It was also poorly prepped, and painted basically in the dark so that could explain the poorness of everything. But body color please :)

Thanks, i'm kinda iffy about it cause I think it'd look a lot better body color if I'd painted the blanks and ducts body color as well. Probably just stick with the black.

I say paint the lip and the blanks body color and leave the ducts black.

I say paint it red and get a black splitter, leave the ducts alone.

Good point, I haven't picked up a splitter yet because my lip was already black and wouldn't really have any contrast. But with the body color lip I'd actually car about the paint on it, so a splitter would be great. Even better if it was CF...

Go body color on the lip and fog blanks!

Body color'd lip, fog blanks, ducts with black splitter is the
                            cleanest combo imo.

Like your ex car, RIP. Your right though, it is a really clean combo, but the black ducts look good too I think.
