how do you guys take the picture of your background WHILE youre on the comp? like. the one above me..it shows all the desktop items. how do you do that?

i'm using this now. My brother created this using PS and entered it at the NAPP show in vegas.

yes. his company does all the editing for the ads in vegas. he started in coloring comic books and moved to bigger things. i guess he has mastered PS by now.
