can u guys paint these rims for me?

i wanted to see if u guys could paint these racing hart knock offs all black, including the center cap and lip, and give them a red pinstripe along the ridge by the tire. i wanted to see how they look up close and on the car, so if u guys could do both, that would be great.

My 5 minute effort at it. Try providing a larger, higher res pic next time and you'll probably get more help.
