Chop Request: Black Rear Valance Please

Can someone please paint my whole rear valance black (form the bumper down). I was rear-ended recently and I’m gunna weld a new panel in and I’m thinking about just rattle canning the whole thing myself. I kind of like the raw look of the older cars with no rear valance at all and I’m thinking this might look like that. Thanks very much.

Wow, thanks a lot. Doesn’t really work at all. I’m in the middle of installing some H+R Race springs right now so that last pic won’t be too far off.
