tint my ride please

Can some one please help me out and tint my windows Black.
I want to see how the IX will look with Tinted windows.

I am paying 190 for all the windows and windshield strip in Local shop.

I have OH plates on my ride ,now remember I lived in IL. which rules apply OHIO or IL
I just dont want to get pull over and get a ticket so which way do I go.

OH STATE LAW on tint
Windshield Non-reflective tint is allowed on the top 5 inches of the windshield.
Front Side Windows Must allow more than 50% of light in.
Back Side Windows Any darkness can be used.
Rear Window Any darkness can be used.
IL STATE LAW on tint
Windshield Non-reflective tint is allowed on the top 6 inches of the windshield.
Front Side Windows No tint can be applied legally to this window.
Back Side Windows Any darkness can be used.
Rear Window Any darkness can be used.

Do the Ohio laws. You can tint the front sides. Might look alittle odd if they aren't at least alittle tinted
