can someone reformat this pic for me so i can use it for my sig

i don't have photoshop, and everytime i resize it even smaller and use photobucket the stupid signature uploader says the image isn't valid. i don't want to make it too much smaller. can someone please make this the proper size/format so i can use it for a sig? as u can see my paint version looks like hell...thanks
