    Schwarz and orange rims

So I'm of the opinion that there are no lightweight 17" wheels that are direct fit for our cars that I'm thrilled about and are within my budget. So, I've started looking at the millions of wheels in FWD offset and I'll probably just have to pony up for spacers and rings. That drives my price per wheel down to the cheap-o (<$150 each). But on the flip side I'm thinking some more boy-racer wheels, cause I just don't give a fuhq anymore.

It might sound ridiculous, and I'm still not sure if it would look pimp or stupid. Anyone able to put these wheels on a lowered late model schwarz car? I've been trying to find the side shot picture of mr325's old car on Kopis in front of a warehouse, can't find it though.

Whatever, the wheel in question is the daylight orange:
    17" x 7" 4/100 40 14.5# $139.99

And if it's easy how about the daylight black with yellow stripe (14.2#)

And while we're exploring cheap konig wheels, the feather (looks to be a replacement to the heliums)
    17" x 7" 4/100 et40 16.8# $139.99

    Thank you.

Thats a harder chop, due to the angle of car/wheels. But I'll give it a go... gimme a minute

What does that have to do with anything? Maybe I'm not clued in with the kids these days, but orange wheels=turbo or shame?

I can see the argument for a big wing, that it's only practical at ridiculous power, speed, traction needs.

But the wheels? Really? I don't think anyone is going to have any preconceived notions if I run 140$ wheels. That's ebay rim territory.

I'm weird. I think orange rims are less "bright" (read: loud) than chrome wheels.

Sorry Dude, if it helps, your old car is what clinched the buying of the schwarz.

I like orange. I want to paint my weaves orange one of these days, but I'm afraid I'll get sick of it really quickly.

Yeah pretty much, that's what's dissuading me from getting loud wheels. I got a small motor. If someone in a Tiburon guns it, I'm friggin mincemeat.

I suppose thats why lambo's come in orange and purple, actually the orange does look a bit much, leaning more towards the black with yellow stripe or the feathers. Just trying to think outside the box.
