    Burning DVD's

What do you guys use? I currently use DVD shrink, but sometimes i get certain errors, (cyclic redundancy) and cant burn a certain DVD. It also doesnt seem all that organized, but I dont know. Is there something better out there I should check out? Thanks.

I use DVDFab HD Decrypter. There's a free version offered here: http://www.dvdfab.com/free.htm

Run that program, then use DVD shrink to compress the VIDEO_TS folder into an .iso, burn and enjoy.

You will often get that error with cheap media.

I got that yesterday when I tried to burn a copy of "No Country for Old Men" straight from blockbuster brand new.

EDIT: I just got another one from BB total access, and i get the same error?

I was referring to the disks you are burning...I assume by your post that the computer is reading the disk fine, recompressing the DVD files but when you go to burn you get a cyclic redundancy error.

If so, you are using cheap disks to burn. Get better media(the DVD(+/-)R disks)

Ok so I got a free trial of DVD Fab and it worked great. But the trial ran out now. I tried to download it again and it asks for a "Video T_S " something or other folder, which I cant find or figure out. There is also the Decryptor which I cant figure out how to use either in conjunction with the dvdshrink.

All i want to do is put a DVD in one drive and a blank in the other and press a button and be done with it fairly quickly(which is what I had with the trial). My DVD shrink doesnt work all the time and it is slow as dirt.

Any good ideas out there? Thanks

                Download the free version.

After you're done, open the folder with DVD shrink, make an ISO image file, and burn that with whatever burning program you want.
