    Free Zen Hood Seal Kit!

    THIS IS A CONTEST.

    I hate my sites header:

Come up with one I love and I'll reward you with a hood seal kit and a couple of "Entwicklung Dreißig" License plate frames...

I know, it's cheapish for graphic design but I'm poor.

That same size? Any color or color scheme preferences?

    I don't promise professionalism, but I'll take a shot at it :D

You want to keep the same colors? Like, you want to keep the gray background? Can't do it now, but I'll make one tomorrow.

Sampler. I need to work on the letters a bit more and make it look uniform. What do you think? More artsy? Less artsy? The tab color for that one is #999999, by the way.

It would be pretty nice if you had a different header image for every tab, if the image complexity is toned down a bit for each.

                  I like this too, the letter isn't a B though its an es-zett or scharfes S (ß)

                    Keep them coming,

I may award more than one winner. The Idea of different headers is appealing to me. (even though having more than one CSS for each page makes my head hurt)

You need to make an external stylesheet...

...I may get on this contest later, but not tonight, too tired.
                      Reminiscing...

I do use off page CSS (this is why it's a bitch) I either need to have several separate CSS pages or a different call out for the different page headers.

Not a common letter (not even in German anymore)

                              from wikipedia:

                              Sharp s
Also, the es-zett or scharfes S (ß) is used. It exists only in a lowercase version since it can never occur at the beginning of a word (there are a few loan words starting with an s followed by a z (e.g. Szegediner Krautfleisch but that is not the same as the es-zett which counts as one letter).
In all caps it is converted to SS, while in Switzerland ß is not used at all, but ss instead. This gives rise to ambiguities, albeit extremely rarely; the most commonly cited such case is that of "in Maßen" (in moderation) vs. in Massen (en masse). Regulations introduced as part of the German spelling reform of 1996 reduced usage of this letter for Germany and Austria (see ß).
Although nowadays substituted correctly only by ss, the letter actually originates from two distinct ligatures (depending on word and spelling rules): long s with round s ("ſs") and long s with (round) z ("ſz"/"ſʒ"). Some people therefore prefer to substitute "ß" by "sz". By official rules this is incorrect.
