Really? In all my days as a BMW and Porsche tech I never learned that. Even with all the race tires I was mounting today I was STILL think that it was the IX's lack of CASTER that was the issue. It's not like I have an IX to compare to my IS, just in case all the technical drawings I've been through haven't been clear enough. Oh wait, I do. And here I was ALSO thinking that bolting an I subframe and control arms to an IX (with the IX's proprietary strut tower placement) would mess up the caster geometry even more but I guess I was wrong. It seems "cambers" are what it's all about, huh?

Now, would to you car to explain to me what motor you have in the car now that you've been able to drive it around and tell us how much better it is?
