i seriously doubt that the metal bumper supports behind the plastic bumpers are only good for 2.5mph....the cars would have never passed DOT regulations with bumpers like that....hell just last week i spun out and hit a huge hill with mine....impact at 40mph and didn't hurt the bumpers...just bent a core support..... your a clown dude..... i am getting nothing but laughs from everything you post....
I seriously, seriously, hope you start doing some research before you run your mouth anymore.

Also, please stop destroying e30's, they don't make anymore of them ya know, well besides the NEW one that s52 kid bought.

e30cr - what's the exact weight of a full trim e30m3 with s14 ? Maybe I am wrong, but they aren't exactly that light?

BMW Enthusiasts companion lists the 1987-1991 325is at ~2865# and the M3 at 2860#, so it's the difference of taking a shit before the race :D

I thought there was a bigger difference but I was wrong.

Interesting fact: the early M10 318's come in at 2400#! The euro early M10 318i weighs 2200#! DAMN!

They also seem to talk about some kind of wierd 2.5mph bumper change in 1988, I dunno it's on page 100.

I completely understand what it's like to own a limited production car (had one). With that said.

E30 m3 is a great car (for it's time), but you can do much better with newer engines with better torque and power band..same with suspension and breaks and tires.

I always said the S2k is a grown up e30 M3. They are DAMN FAST on the track with a good driver!

So I am agreeing completely with you.

I was going to say the same about my old S50 E30 with full cage weighing in about the same. Fidhle, I've concluded that his car is better because it has an additional badge on the trunklid and grill.

They added 30hp more than a stock s50 :D Don't forget my gigantic ricer wing while you guys are bashing e30 m3's

It's funny how your car may be as fast, maybe even faster, but the m3 still has easily double the resale value.

Look, we all love e30 m3s. But like the e30 they are outdated and a modded e30 can outrun one

With identical "mods"? That's questionable. Besides an engine swap isnt really a "mod" LMAO it's like a heart transplant! It totally changes the car!
