    What program do i need?

    I want to make myself a new sig, using 3 or 4 different pictures, what program do i need? I looking for something i can download free

      all depends on how you want it to look..

      you can do it in paint for free.. or your can buy photoshop elements for a couple hundo..

              photobucket even has some photo editing software connected to it.
