Bottle caps... Something different?

Man pin striping is a bitch, I cant for the life of me get is consistent around the rim of the wheel!@##$!!>? ReSpekT to anyone who can actually stripe well.
I'm using pin striping tape, (double white stripes) around the outside of the rim. I can't get a consistent circle? any hints?

take a spare hub/strut fix it to something. spin the wheel and apply paint with a brush

I wanted to do coke bottle caps too, but the design won't work on these wheels because of the center cap and lug holes. That's why Heineken is so perfect because it wraps around the center, and even has the red star that fits perfectly with the cap.
