I actually am about to send Mel 50 bucks for a new set of caps... the previous owner of my wheels forgot to give me the 2/4 centercaps he has when he sold me the wheels, and I've been waiting for a while for him to send them to me.

I've considered painting the center section black. However, I think it would scratch off pretty easily unless you powdercoat or bake the paint on.

I was thinking about that as well. The only part that would come in contact enough to get scratched though is the countersunk part of where the lugs go on. The places where the caps mount could become a problem too though.

BTW ive noticed you have gone quite a long time without centercaps on your Kopis.

You should take a look at this idea i had. I dont have a full set yet so i havent done it yet.

Could someone give me an idea of what it would look like if i painted the rockers on my vert body colored? Keep the trim right above the rocker black but make it white underneath. Thanks guys!
