Not having a passanger seat also.... I feel it will be easy to get down to 2200 but trying to get less than that will have to do with composite materials and hole saws

also like many spec e30 people have stated in my thread... you can easily lose alot of weight off the rear end of the car that will make the car floaty in the rear..... i have rear aero so its not that much of a problem, but keep that in mind.

Things you will need to remove to get it to 2000lbs:

Interior

Air Conditioning

Power Steering

Sound deadening in trunk

Sunroof

Hood

Engine

Transmission

Chassis

You remove everything that isn't necessary, then remove other items if needed.

I have been on this quest for a while..... the lack of a full cage and a trailer has kept me from doing alot of skinnying.... this week my car weighted in at 2275 with half a tank of gas
