50 seconds into this video, there's a view of her going over from another car.

In my opinion that should have been a safe pass. There was plenty of room for three wide and TR on the left acted responsibly. The gal had overlap on the car to the right before they reached the TR. So there was no reason for the car on the right to move left and cause the incident.

Blame to the car on the left.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

If there's only 2 or 3 inches wider than my car, honestly I wouldn't put my nose there. If I were on the inside, then I would put two wheels on the grass to create a comfort zone. Not so in between two cars that close.

Blame it on the lady. She's a bit over agressive.

An SRF racer on another list that I'm on said that the rear visibility is so bad on an SRF that the guy on the right likely never saw her. His solution would have been to tap the guy on the right lightly before the gap closed to let him know he was there. Huh!?! I guess those SCCA guys take that "Rubbin' is Racin'" stuff to heart!

That said, she should have realized that she was creating a 4-wide scenario that was going to be risky.
