The black reflectors and "nice small" tint on the tail lights will definitely get you going. In addition, you seem to have sufficent 'stunna' lingo down.
In seriousness, it sounds like you're looking for drift setups?
This has been geting me by:
Stock M20B25
Stripped interior
4.10 LSD (I would recommend going with a slightly longer ratio, though the 4.10 works)
Ground Control coilovers with Koni single adjustable shocks (forgot the spring ratio)
Delrin motor and transmission mounts (stiffer bushings all around would help)
Treehouse control arm bushings (stocks shredded up after a day at VIR)
Manually controlled electric fan (sidways air doesn't want to flow through the radiator)
EBC Green Stuff brake pads (atleast at the amateur level, there isn't a lot of hard braking in drifting, so a mostly stock brake setup has been plenty)
Plenty of wheels and tires (I have four sets of bottlecaps and run used all season tires 185-195mm with 50-55 psi in the rear. AVS ES-100s or Azenis in the front.)
A few personal comfort bits:
Bolstered seat and harness (the stock vinyl seats were not keeping me in place. For now the passenger has to deal with stock seating)
Shifter linkage rebuild and X5 shifter (tighter, shorter throw, higher lever shifting)
350 mm steering wheel (smaller and perfectly round so I can easily throw it back and forth)
I have yet to run with my new camber plates and (free) strut tower brace.
Next on the list is fixing rust/getting a new body and putting in a cage.
I believe that dealing with a general lack of power has forced me to learn techniques I might otherwise pass up. My car is not driven on the streets whatsoever. Keep drifting off the streets. I agree that drifting is the "funnest" autosport and even most fun hobby I've come across. I find myself so satisfied after a full day drift event that I have no problem driving the speed limit for the rest of the night.
Didnt know I had to use proper grammer, and i persanally like the reflectors blacked out and a small tint on the tail lights.. wasnt lookin for any disses.. and i think im going to get H&R or IE3's or maybe some ground controls would be nice to play with some heights and have it how i want it.. I have EBC greens on my s2000 and love them, what LSD is in my 91 318i 4dr? and starting out drifting with no power deffinately pays off in a long run.. im sticking with the sorry little m42 untill i feel like i have got it to its limits and i find myself getting atround the corners needing that extra kick.. learning has been a blast.. and thats all im looking for.. an awesome time

I'm going to make sure I never go to Santa Maria California.
Why is this? Such a nice town.. A lot of people around that go their own ways.. We have our canyon mobbers, our street racers, our drag strip racers, auto x, and people that drift.. And we all get along.. It's dope
