    Seat fitting issues

    Here is what I have:

    Sparco Evo 2
    Sparco Side Mounting Brackets
    Sparco Sliders
    Sparco Seat Bases

Just one question...WTF?? Nothing lines up with the holes on the base, is there a trick to this or do I need to fabricate something?

You may have for make your own base or modify the Sparco base. The Evo 2 may be wider than what the base might was intended for.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Am I ok to drill a new hole into the base? I'm just afraid it won't pass tech for NASA or SCCA if I do so.

I'll do whatever necessary, I just had concerns on passing tech.
