What sway bar should I get?

I have an "IS" with a s52. when I corner I get a lot of end lift. I am using stock sways. I think a bigger front sway bar might help. My issue is I dont want it too big because Im afraid of getting too much understeer. But wonder if a 22mm is big enough. Any input? Thanks!

    IE 25/22... They're adjustable too.

Why not a 22 in front and stock in back?

Swaybars' duty (despite their name) is not to keep the car from swaying/laying, it is to balance side to side the pressure the wheels have on the ground, which gives understeer/oversteer caracteristics when front and rear are tuned.

So, if you say your car is lifting, I suggest fitting stiffer springs first. If the inside wheel lifts it is because you allow the outside body to sink...
Brake harder. Go faster. No shit.

I understand this. My spring rates with GC/Konis is 550f/750r. This is already kind of bouncy with Konis on full stiff. Its my inside rear wheel that lifts. I think its because the weight in the front of my car makes the front roll and the stiff springs in the back with little weight on them dont compress so the oppiste wheel comes off the ground. Im worried a bigger rear sway will make this worse. So Im wondering if you guys think a front 22mm sway with stock rear will help or if I should do 25f/22r? Or any other good solution? Thanks.

Well, you already have stiff springs. Then run the 25 frt but the rears at full soft, to be able to put down the power sonner, out of the corners... ;-) Too stiff a rear bar, and the outside wheel will raise the inner wheel, reducing its grip.

I run a stock 18.5 front (same spring rate #550) and NO REAR bar (rear has #350 on coilovers).

I like it, suits my driving style etc... but that is just me.

Most koni's are usually only rebound adjustable, unless you got the high dollar units. I think that you should try them full soft, and gradually stiffen them to what works. Personally, my street setup is about 360 degrees from full soft, and i probably would be happy with that on the track, maybe 540 degree maximum from full soft.

                  I have a 22 and it's way too small.

If you're lifting a rear wheel without lifting a front, I can't help thinking that you've got some other setup issues, though. Give a big bar a shot, but it may not be enough.
