The rollers have been sitting in my parents basement for like a week now, I'm just having to resist driving down to their house and swapping em haha. CO weather is nuts, and it could go from sunny to snow / rain in the drive between my parents place and mine. Photos will be taken once I think mother nature will chill out and I can wash, maybe detail my car.

Must post pics once installed :D

Bishop, looking forward to hearing how the combination works out. What suspension are you running? I'll be on H&R races shortly on a late model e30 and would be interested to know if you have any rubbing on front struts or rear fenders, if spacers or fender rolling was necessary, with the 15x8 and 225 kook combo.

Keep the 17x8's and get some hankook z214's in the c51 compound in 245-40-17

Edit: just read that the 17s are gone. go with the 245 hoosier R6's alla RyanZ06's car. He ran that setup with the 15x8 tr wheels and GC koni setup. He had some stiff springs though. I think 650f/800r.

Good thread. I'm looking to order the same combo shortly. Very excited to see what happens at Mid-Ohio in April.

I don't think a BBK will be necessary for a while, just hoping to use em as soon as the snow melts!

Regarding the offset on the 15x7's, how much would you guys say the offset impacts handling/feel/etc., since there's lots to choose from 35-30-25-20-15-13 and others. Therefore you could widen the overall track gauge by about 4cm.
I just don't know if there is any noticable difference.

TRM c1's, and they have moderately enough room for a bbk, some shaving will be requires if you get Massive's race kit. The street kit fits no problem.

I recently went with this exact setup and am very happy with the price to performance ratio. I don't have a lot of miles on the tires but they seem to be holding up well and they've stuck nicely at 2 autocrosses.

I'd probably wait a little while. It may be a little early still for specials, and the manufacturers may still release some new tires before track season. They always seem to have better offers in the spring. You could always do the Tirerack wheel/tire package, look at the TRM C1s in 15x8, and they will mount and balance your tires for free. It sounds like some guys are fitting 225/50/15s on the C1s too.
