American drifting, flatbilled Block wannabes. Nuff said.

Those who actually do it right, +1. I need to get the 325 running so I don't have to trailbrake in order to slide.

Oddly enough, Top Gear might help a bit... my g/f has watched Jezza slide around the test track and said, "that looks like fun... I might try that."

(literally... that's the face I made...)

Unfortunately, I think a few scary moments in her old E36 M3 made her leary of RWD cars (now drives a MINI), but if I can talk her into trying it, I could be persuaded to keep my E30...

I've wanted to try drifting for years... but right now, with my car sitting in my garage with a broken #1 rocker arm from auto-x, I'm a bit gun-shy about reving the engine like that again. :(

Honestly, no. I just did it to learn some car control and have fun. I don't have the experience, money, nor flat-billed hats to compete.

Pretty sure the M42 Drift Brigade will have room until we hit 16. :p

                                As an update:

Went to the Third round of ThunderDrift's Super-am competition and placed fourth, earning myself a seed for the finals. It was a rough track for my car, high speed entrance (top of second -- that part was good) that tightened to a low speed exit (that was bad.). I probably could have come third had I not glazed my clutch from kicking it so often.
