BMW Motorsport thought it a good enough engine to create the 5.7L 850CSi engine from it and in later, VANOS iterations, they used the same block (and derived heads) in the S70/2 and S70/3 ... the McLaren F1 engine.

It does have it's flaws (which I mentioned before) but it's as good as any other BMW engine. If it wasn't, it wouldn't be put into BMWs. You may not like the engine, fine. But saying it's sucks b/c you don't like it. That's just silly.

About the video... that was a really long course, always taking turns. I like those. The only large auto-x I was on, had a straightaway where you could hit 80. It was fun, but I'm more for the intricate stuff.
