    Track car color scheme

Now that the car is completely off the road, I'm thinking of giving it a slightly new look. I'm not interested in completely changing the color throughout the car (currently calypso), but I'm thinking of giving it something, maybe a couple diagonal lines/patterns (or maybe the traditional BMW flag in a different color) - don't really know yet.

For some reason, the color that sticks out most is a yellow. Not sure why that appeals to me, but yellow against the calypso seems like a pretty cool contrast. Another option would be black but it doesn't seem as appealing to me. I have black wheels already, but I'm about to sandblast them and repaint and I was thinking that whatever color I do, I might as well do the wheels the same color. I'll also be adding a new wing and splitter soon, and I'll sticker the car with a few honest vendors/manufacturers I use regularly. Any thoughts/recommendations?

Or maybe even a gold/bronz shade. I've always thought that bronz wheels would look pretty interesting on a calypso track car.

i vote for bright pink trim, i saw a silver e30 m3 with pink bumpers, mirrors, and wing, and it looked awesome, always saw him coming around the track. you could 1-up him and do the wheels pink too.

    do it...
    do it.

Not sure pink on a calypso would be too eye appealing. I'm still stuck on a yellow, or gold/bronz accent. Not sure why, just seems to be a natural mix of colors.

I don't think calypso would look good with any other contrast for some reason. I think it looks best alone. IMHO.

grabber green goes well for Rob's car.

I'd do the German flag stripes if it were me.

And I'm doing the pink accents, thank you.

That's definitely on the list of possibilities, just not in pink so don't worry. I'm moving more towareds a metalic gold at this point.

I'll let you do that to your track car.
