    I agree completely with their tuning ideas,run as stiff a spring as you can control with the dampers and tune with small bars.Thats for heavy'ish production cars.
    I played with several different set-ups on my composite bodied AE86 corolla and prefered the no bars stiff spring,it was low enough and light enough for it too work.You can read a very in depth writeup about no bars on the MR2OC forum written by the DP national champ Steve Hoescele(I know its misspelled)
    The open wheel car I built is designed around no bars as well,the CG is less than 18" off the ground and weighs 900lbs.
