    Filled/redrilled wheels for auto X?

    No problem if it is done right.

    If you would not take it to the track, why on earth would you daily drive it?

        Why bother when there are a couple of great track wheels available at less than $120 each. By that I'm referring to the Kosei and Team Dynamics 15x7 wheels built for Spec E30 competition.
        The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

            So many proper options out there.

            Jim and Levent noted some.

            If you want 17s, look at the Apex Arc-8 (or whatever it is). I'd feel better about running a high offset (honda) 17 wheel with a spacer and studs than a drilled wheel.

                just track em then, unless you aren't confident in the fill drill work done to the wheels, might want to have a metallurgy or engineer take a look at it if you're not too sure.... or just a welder!

                    Can someone shed some light on the process of filling and redrilling? I mean, obviously I understand the premise, but what do they fill with etc?.
