Hey folks-
As many of you know, Nashville Superspeedway is expected to be shutting down operations at the end of October. If you're looking for an opportunity to drive there before they close the doors, the new NASA Mid South region will be hosting a 2 day HPDE/TT/Racing event there on October 1st and 2nd. There is still plenty of space available, and you still have time to register... Here is the link:
NASA Fall Fest at NSS
They will be running HPDE 1-4, Time Trials, Racing and also a NASA Instructor Clinic. The NASCAR garages will also available for rental. Weekend rental price is $50 for Sat/Sun and all have access to electrical, air, and water.
The Mid South region is just getting started up, so they really could use our support and help in spreading the word. I've had a chance to run with them earlier this year, and they are a great group of folks who will be putting on regular NASA events at tracks more 'local' to us Tennessee folk, such as Barber, MIR, TGPR, and Putnam Park.
