Any decent coil is going to cost more than what most e30's are worth... Take it from me, just get seat time. I had a pretty decent set-up my first time and still sucked. Though that is partially due to learning I have an open diff...

haha i've gone out on a few rainy days but brand new tires (very soft compund), 4x4 status and not being used to pavement was interesting haha i definitely need seat time, but i obviously want my car somewhat more capable than stock, which is why i posted this. i will definitely have plenty of seat time this summer :D

but honest question, are JOM's a fair compromise, or are they just street coilovers that people use for slammage? (does anyone drift on them?) i've read so many mixed reviews on them, lets hear it from a drifter's perspective haha

^ Yes / no, and if so, not for very long.



For sways try a large-as-possible bar in the rear with a smaller (or no) bar in the front.

JOMs are shit shit shit shit shit. Even for slamming your car they don't work that well. It's one step up from cutting your springs.
