Replacement for my beloved A032Rs?

I had an almost brand new set of Yokohama A032R hard compound tires on my S50 track car but I shredded one and there is no such thing as a replacement anywhere on the internet. I'd hate to throw at three good tires but I think that's my only choice now. The cheapest option I've found that seems similar is the NT-01, is there any hope that they'd be close enough in compound to get away with getting two or should I just bite the bullet and get all four?

R1Rs also seem to be cheap from Tire Rack at the moment so those are on the possible list as well...

Thoughts on what I should do?
