Well, just wanted to say, that the driving school was FUCKING AWESOME!

I enjoyed the shit out of myself. Stayed until the statistically worst run of the day - the last one of the whole weekend. best part was, the first couple of laps of my last time on the track were the best out of the entire weekend!

the car took the turns GREAT! But man...having to let E46 M3's and an M5 by just because we're on a straight is pretty lame. lol

However, it was an awesome experience. I'm already planning on my next one in June, so that will definately be happening.

I got pictures of the track and whatnot - but no videos or pictures of me. I was more worried about making sure everything went smoothly than tryin to get a camera mounted in my car.

    Maybe in the future.

Excellent school! AWESOME instructors and a kickass track! My car took it very well, brakes were amazing, tires show little to no wear, and my pads look like they are still new.

Course...that just means it's time to step it up a bit...eh?

The 550 mile drive home that night was...long. Man...I CRASHED as soon as I stepped foot in my room. lol

      Sounds familiar . . . ;-)

Sean, I was forbidden to use the cruise cam on the headrest setup - they told me I could use it if I had rear headrests. I am fixing that problem now.

Dave do you think they would of let you use it if you had a roll bar?

Really? I coulda sworn I saw a couple people with the cruisecam at the track.

Is that a BMWCCA thing now?

          It's good to know!

If I had the mount on the roll bar - it would have flown. He just didn;t like its proximity to the heads of the driver and instructor with it mounted to the headrest.

              Damn

I live in Omaha, 20 mins from track, and I knew I would fail tech.

Cracked windshield, tires are borderline, leaky PS rack and hoses.

My friend was there in red 04 M3. He loved it. Saw him sat night, and he just rubbed it in that I could not go.

He likes the track, but I think it could use a little banking...

I saw a couple E46 Red M3's, got pictures of a couple on the track too.

Remember what number his car was, or some distinguishing features?

I could send you the pictures to send his way if he wanted.
