Norcal track days over the winter

Hi all,
I've been thinking of trailering my M3 down to the bay area from seattle to do some track days over the winter.

However, there don't seem to be as many marque trackdays there; bmwcca isn't very active (at least in the sense of frequency), and many of the pca days seem to be porsche-only.

What are the good clubs to run with? Are there generally enough weekend days over the winter to make it worthwhile?

I'm not sure about bmw-only trackdays, but Thunderhill is running a bunch of mixed-marque trackdays in December..

Thanks! Doesn't have to be BMW-only at all. I was looking up the thunderhill calendar and didn't see much -- that's why I was asking.

related -- if this were to work out, I'd need some place to store my truck, car and trailer -- preferably near an airport. Santa Rosa could work, or oakland. Any leads?

There is a grip drift skid event at thunderhill sometime in December. Pretty relaxed, like a test n tune more than a trackday
