wow! That is really light for an M50 swapped e30. Have you removed the A/C and powersteering? That should help a little bit.

Mine is 2650 with full interior minus back seat, has a roll bar, m50, no A/C comp, with p.s. It is an 86 Euro MTechnic1 with the stock Euro bumpers full skirts, etc.

            strategic

a/c was removed when I did the swap i still have the power steering though
thinking about a fiberglass hood from IE in the future with some other strategic weight removal every bit counts into making the car have a better power to weight ratio

Our club has corner weight scales. We set them up from time to time at events. In 2 weeks at our dyno day, they will be used again.

Sick. I'm guessing that you removed all the sound deadening? Aftermarket seats? Hopefully my car will be just as light, if not lighter as I won't have a cage for a while.

You can weigh your car at any truck weight station.

My old 318is was fully dressed in the interior when i weighed it. Minus AC, PS, and Radio and straight pipe exhaust to save weight. With a full tank and spare in the car it was 2455 at summit point raceway

Do you have the eccentric front CA bushings or a way to increase caster. That helps a little by altering the wheelbase.
