Is this Legal for STX?

Hey guys, I run STX and just put this strut bar in and was wondering what your opinions are on if you think its legal for street touring extreme or not. I looked in the rules on the scca site and its very unclear if this exact setup is good to go, I have found rules that go either way.

"Only bolt-on attachment is permitted." Also specifically states in 14.G.1 that a 2 point bar may be added, removed modified or substituted, but in 14.G.2 it states that a 3 point (which you have) may be removed, modified, or substituted. Doesn't say you can add one.

So I would assume it's not legal, if your going to be running nationally I would just shoot an email to them and ask if it is legal. If your just running local events, I doubt anybody would really care.

I might or might not go to nationals this year. But I'll mostly be doing local stuff. So if someone were to complain, I could just chop the diagonal bar and make it a two point since it says I can add one? So then they would only be complaining that it's welded in instead of being bolted in? which I don't see and advantage over so it would be pretty stupid if someone were to complain about that right?

If you are slow, no one will care. If you are fast, its a super easy way to DQ you.
