    First drift event (pics!)

Had my first drift event with the e30, was originally going to just track the car but things changed...anyways, had TONS of fun. Did OK, from start to end i improved greatly so thats all i could ask for. Anyways, onto the pics, i know you guys love pics.

After a little run-in with a tire wall

And finally, this about sums it up

Cant wait for the next one!!

I was happy with the 160, most track driving (hpde) stuff is like 200-300$

                          Nice, good deal!

Good thing about this event was you got tons of seat time, very little waiting.

Awesome, don't know if my e30 will be done by than but do they require you to go with an instructor if its your first time at the track?

No, you'll just be put in C with the new guys, if you show em your good at drifting they bump you to B with the better/seasoned guys on the big track.

I've been playing around with drifting manly in open lots for 2 months or so? During tech (which was a joke really) they saw the car, loved it, and then proceeded to throw me in B... Which I could have done without. But I did the best I could, after my tire wall incident (was happy I got that out of the way) I had a lot more confidence and things started clicking, also was my first time with a hydro e brake which was another fun thing to have to learn to use.
