Good cam for "i" engine Track/ Autocross car

    If your going full out and building a motor with new shit and stuff like that, go ahead and put in a cam. ive heard a lot of good things going with a 282 as its still pretty smooth. I think others have said that 292 is too much.

      yea, it broke a few months ago. cracked down the side of a lobe(took most of the lobe out) and all the way through. I'm not sure if it was the cam's fault, or if something else contributed to it. I had just gotten the car running with the 19lb injectors and m30 afm. I doubt that had anything to do with it. The worst part is that it broke while I was stopped at a stop light. thankfully it was on the 6th cyl, so i made it home (less than a mile) on 5cyls. I thought it was a broken rocker arm at first.
