    15x8 with BBK options

Trying to dial in my auto-x setup for this year and wanted some opinions. I currently have some 16x7 LM reps that I've been using for Autocross, not sure of the weight but I'd say 16-19lbs. Would it be a huge difference to run a lightweight 15x8?

Their aren't to many options that will fit a BBK (I have UUC). Does anyone have experience with these Konig 15x8's? I know the TRM-1's won't fit.

    Thanks!

C1s don't fit? They fit a Massive sport kit with minimal caliper massaging, are you sure they don't fit the UUC kit?

I've read that the way the inside of the wheel lip is ribbed they don't offer enough clearance on the top of the caliper.

Someone I know recently sold a set of the 15x8 C1s because they did not fit his upgraded BBK kit (Massive 300mm kit.) It sounds like it would have needed at least a 1/2 spacer to clear the caliper and he did not want to do that on a track car. I believe he went with the Kosei K4R and they just barely cleared.

Anyone have experience with those Konigs? The price is pretty good.

No experience but given the nature of the wheel (big lip and un-bulgey spokes) I would question its ability to clear BBKs. If you are certain the C1s won't fit check out the Kosei K4R. 15x8 +20 (IIRC), pretty light and great brake clearance. I'd want a set if I didn't think they were butt-ugly. :p

Do you think its worth it get 15x8's with 225/45's as apposed to sticking with the 16x7's on a 205/50's? Is the change night and day?

I plan on using Enkei 92's at 15x8. They are only 15.6 lbs. :)

Called Goodwin and they said the KONIG wideopen will not fit.

Tirerack is currently checking, the ENKEI 92 and J-speed with the UUC BBK Template, will update when i hear something.
