where to buy momo hub cover sleeve

Hey guys, Recently purchased a momo hub from a board member,
it did not come with the sleeve to cover it like the one shown
on the right of this picture. I was wondering if anyone has a link
of where i can buy it separate.

Also would be pertinent to know whether you have an old or new style hub.

measure the diameter, and go see if you can find some corrugated pipe at the hardware store :)
