They are, but you need to loosen the bolts to adjust them then torque them back down when you're done.

        I went with the 148mm x 68mm GT/LeMans mirror, which is the biggest FIA-approved mirror they've got:

This left-hand SPA GT/LeMans Sedan Mirror has a nylon body with the same great look as our F1 mirrors, but the larger convex lens meets FIA specs for GT cars.

This SPA GT / LeMans, right hand mirror has the same look and styling as our F1 mirror with a lens measuring 2.625" x 5.75" to meet FIA specifications for GT cars. Very wide range of adjustment.

I chose nylon bodies, as I intend to paint them so there was no reason to spend twice the price for carbon fiber. Lenses are convex for maximum field-of-view.

With SPA GT/LeMans mirrors on each door plus a wink mirror on the inside, it's essentially eliminated any blind spots around the car. Excellent choice when you're strapped into a full-containment seat with HANS in place.

          I trust u of course..

.. but the stalk appears to have a ball/socket type of attchmnt...so I thought it was just a simple push / pull/rotate tension maneuver.......?....

There's a nut on the inside to torque the ball down. Otherwise it'd move all over the place.

I'm not saying it's "difficult" to adjust...but it's definitely a PITA compared to stock E30 power mirrors.

Hey Emre just got mine from UPS this morning. I went with the Lemans convex as you suggested. My only concern is that they appear to be smaller than the ones you got. Mine measure 2 3/4" H x 6" W It could just be how they look in the picture you put up, but I'm not sure. Does that sound like the same size ones you got? Thanks, Scott

Did that a decade ago. That's how the first 30s were fitted before DieWethje made the fiberglass units. Mirrors are Vitaloni.

Some early e30 racecars were using the same mirrors as found on Porsches, 2002s and CSL racecars too.

Brake harder. Go faster. No shit.

Sweet looking mirrors. I'm gonna give these a try and see how they are. They're only for brief second glances anyways. I really don't use them much, but we have some rookies that can't live without them. Thanks again for all the input and ideas.

Check out some sportbike mirrors which attach to the fairing. They can be cheap $20-30 for a pair in case of contact/breakage and work well.
