    Track wheels

Building my first track car at the moment 2.8 m20 turbo should have 300+HP, and looking into getting some rota grid 15x7 +20 wheels because they are light and cheap, and in Australia.
My question is will 205/50/15 semi slick tyre offer enough traction.
    or should i get 15x8 +0, and run a 225/50/15
And I plan on running The willwood 295mm front brake kit, and yet to find an equivalent rear kit.
Please offer me some recommendations, to suit.

    wider option always.

will 15s clear a BBK though?

check out massive brakes for a rear kit. you may find a front kit you like better from there as well

15x8 +0 isn't going to be fender friendly.
Get the 7" +20 and play with spacers if need be, or look into another wheel.

          Another option is a 16x8 et20.
Is 16" to big for track?

I'm running H&R Race springs, with billie sports.

i will be running 16x8 +15 and 225/50 tires. my car will be a summer daily and light track use car. i like beefy fitment though, so you could run a 225/45 as well. most say the 16" tire selection is shit but you can get direzzas, RS3s, advans, hoosiers, R888s, and potenza re11s in that size. i don't know what else anyone would want really

I have found some 15x8 +20 (maybe a spacer required)
they should do the trick with some 225/50/15 semi slicks?

I have 15x8 Konigs that are +20. They just baaarely clear the stock strut housing with a 225. Small spacer would be better, but not critical.

I run 15x8 Konig Wideopens in a +20 offset. They are so close to the strut housing in the front that clip on weights hit the housing. Running those with a 225/45/15 Nitto NT-01's and 5mm spacers up front has worked well for me.

I also have a 295mm BBK in the front and there is a reeeally limited number of 15" wheels that will clear it.. Just keep that in mind before you pick something up.

I don't have a BBK, but I run TR Motorsport C1s in 15x8 with Hankook Ventus RS-3's in 224/45/15s. I had to roll my rear fenders but the fronts clear and they really handle the power of the S52 pretty well.

                            15x7s fit a 225 tire pretty nicely...
