    Project: Bandwidth Blower

86 mf'ing mb. A couple of good laps chasing instructors in a 911 turbo, spec 944 race car, and a 1200 lb 140 hp legends car.

Catching them in the corners only to get walked on every single straight surface makes you realize that the m20 really has no power.

There were a lot of "creative" lines out there. Frankly, a lot of the instructors seemed to have a hard time finding the line

This was one of the final sessions of a 3 day track event, you can see me getting creative as my brake fluid had 5 days on it, pads were worn, and my 20 dollar takeoff RA1s were pretty much used up. Made for some "interesting" moments under braking with a nice long pedal.

Maybe so but embarassing to have a car like that and get walked on by a Mini S. I'm sure his buddies ragged on him for it.

It was a gutted Mini S with an aftermarket supercharger & hoo-hoos, so not quite as embarassing as it seems.

            Mini's torn up at Putnam.

Hoosier BMW nazi safety tech'ers wouldn't have let you run with those pads.

Indeed. Those Cooper S and JCW cars were moving it pretty good. And the rain really didn't slow them down much, either.

Quit crying about brake pads, Heeter. :p

Yea, this was the 3 day NASA event from this past weekend, great weekend with a huge turnout. I'm coming back for the Northern Ohio Mem. Day event, I'll be hanging out around garage one.

Joel, I haven't gotten around to putting the J stocks in yet. I need to get a few replacement parts for the dampers and just sort some other things out first. I'm gonna try to have them on by the Memorial day event, but that'll depend on business travel nonsense for this project I've got. Time has been kicking my ass this year.

Finally watched the video - AS usual it was informative and enjoyable. You are so smooth - I learn from watching your clips.

Today, I mailed in my registration for Buckeye at Putnam in July. I have the registration date on my calendar for Buckeye CCA at Mid-Ohio in August. I'd go Memorial Day, but I want more seat time before I hit that track. I am sure I will watch this video several more times.

                              Thanks!
