Today's Autox in Indy

Indy's SCCA group had an Autox today at Grissom Air Force Base. I went in DSP with rwh11385 and 2 other guys. I talked a whole lot of crap to Heeter all the time just...because and he ended up beating me by 1 second. My fastest time was 63.29 and his fastest was something around 62.2. Here is the thing though... my engine has low compression and I'm on 195/65-14 POS all seasons and he is on 205/55-15 Falken Azeni 215's ;) I could have beat him if I had the same tires I think... but maybe not. Who cares. I had a blast anyways. This thread is important.

I probably was over driving the car/tires and was fastest the first run because i was trying the slowest. :(

I should also have inflated my front tires more.

You should have stopped letting air out lol. The only change I made was 36psi in front and 38psi in back and left it. I was fastest the 5th run. The 6th run I lost it like...twice :( lol

My last run I almost spun around once but I saved it, then towards the end of the run I pretty much got too loose so I let it go and did the both feet in method. Didnt hit any cones the whole day though, even WITH spinning out. Ironically enough, my 5th run (the fastest) was with a 340lb black guy in my passenger seat. My other runs were by myself.

lol I spent like...$9 yesterday when we hung out ;) She doesnt care if I buy her stuff or not. I only buy her food cus I am nice. And you were talking about Ti kid. He stopped after his 3rd run because his turdbox wouldnt idle. His fastest run was his 2nd and my fastest was my 3rd so I dont really see him stopping as a relevant point.....
