Then all this driver side/passenger side talk may be slightly misleading.Originally posted by Andy.BWhenever I am about to make a particularly questionable decision regarding a worryingly cheap diy solution, I just ask myself, "What would Ether-D do?"Comment

if you actually spent some time with the bodywork and paint it could actually come out pretty decent. i used a steel hvac register/vent and a set of sheet metal clamp things (http://www.harborfreight.com/8-piece...mps-60545.html) plus some body filler.
you'd be surprised at how much air it actually flowsComment

I work for a fabrication shop and picked up some of this machine perforated aluminum i'm going to use for vents. nice and light, thin enough to mold into a position but stiff enough to hold form.sigpic

They actually came up alright i'm impressed.
However my first attempt i'm going to be using Ford T-Bird reverse scoops symmetrically either side, colour coded to blend in. As well as delete both high beams and put in 4" intake funnels in there place.
Could look horrible but I'll have to wait and see stay posted.
If it looks crap ill get a new bonnet and get some of that aluminium meshing and go down that route.
