I work for a fabrication shop and picked up some of this machine perforated aluminum i'm going to use for vents. nice and light, thin enough to mold into a position but stiff enough to hold form.sigpic

They actually came up alright i'm impressed.
However my first attempt i'm going to be using Ford T-Bird reverse scoops symmetrically either side, colour coded to blend in. As well as delete both high beams and put in 4" intake funnels in there place.
Could look horrible but I'll have to wait and see stay posted.
If it looks crap ill get a new bonnet and get some of that aluminium meshing and go down that route.
