    STL LeMons

Are there any cool people in the STL area who would want to do a LeMons team for next year?

I'm moving to STL in June and won't know anybody, so just looking to my fellow R3v online comrades for a few good leads.

Sort of just putting this out there at this point since I'm one guy and you need at least 4, but geography is the biggest concern.

E30s are obviously a good and popular platform, but was thinking we could be even more caarraaazy and look at E21s??? Really open to suggestions.

Go Chump. Depending on race format you only need two people and, no costumes. Unless that's what you're going for.
    Current: '91 DS M3, '03 TS M3 (6MT)
'06 Chevy 2500 Duramax - Race car hauler, '90 Corvette - Weekend toy

No reason to not do both series. Build to Chump legal spec and run it in Lemons too. You don't have to wear a costume.

Very true. Many chump guys cross over into lemons and WRL and vice versa. If your main goal is to get some track time and have fun, you can't go wrong with any of them. If you'd like to be competitive then it's time to weigh the pros and cons of each series and determine which works best for you, your team, and your car.

          sittingaaron,

I am in Kansas City, and may be able to put you in contact with some of the people in St. Louis that I know and was racing with. Hit me up via text sometime at 816-729-2768, and if you haven't joined the Midwest E30 Owners Gruppe page on Facebook!

          Cheers,
          Kingston

If nothing else, you can look for open seats at Joliet / Autobahn as an Arrive & Drive.
