    e90 powered s14. It kinda makes sense. I'm sure there are others on here who will love this idea.

          That's a swap I can live with. Yeah, I'd drive it. The S14 really is a brilliant engine. With modern engine management it would be even better than it was 30 years ago. Are there engines that make more hp? Yes. Are they as small and compact and normally aspirated? Nope. If you are limited by displacement and induction type, the S14 really is a good idea.
