    Stock Ride Height Struts

What is a better match for a stock ride height IS (Bilsteins or Koni's)? My e30 is my DD and I can't or want to lower the car. I know Bilsteins make the HD for stock ride height however I need more damping than an HD strut and I need more travel than a Bilstein sport strut. Does koni make an adjustable stock ride height strut?

Damping and spring rates need to match up for good handling. If you don't have enough damping you'll get wheel bounce and if you have too much you'll loose contact patch for a tire that encounters a perturbation in the road's surface (the tire won't come back down fast enough). Stiffer shocks aren't a subsitute for greater spring rates and stiffer sways.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
