Building e30 to IT spec for DSP autox?

All US Spec 325 hardtopped models (325, 325e, 325i, 325iS, 325iX) had a sunroof. The only US model 325 car that did not have a sunroof was the convertible.

And Jack, its not a weight class thing. SCCA uses some combination of alchemy and backroom good ole boy politicking to put cars into the different stock and street prepared autocross classes. WT/HP or WT/TQ would be far too simple.

And you can't update/backdate an early 318i to 325i specs (rear disk brakes), that gets you also into SM, not DSP.

FWIW my car is being built for SM, so all the above doesn't apply. My last S/P car was a hard top.

Sorry, I just don't know the classes/rules so I suppose me guessing is kinda silly. And of course maybe it's a bit silly also of me to presume others have not thought of these things already. ; )
