I just have the ACSchnitzer Knock off for now i was actually thinking about these about a week ago.

Anyone have a pic of the Racing Dynamics Dead Pedal (I think that is the black one that extends up about 2-3in more then the regular deadpedals) Either that or i have no idea what dead pedal i am talking about

Sorry to clutter your thread lol

Do a search on Ebay for "Mustang dead pedal". Looks to me like it would be easily adapted for our uses. It would bolt to the inner rocker, which may be a bit of a challenge.
I used one from a Miata in my race car but you may not like it. It doesn't follow the contour of the floorpan, though if you're creative you can just cut it as it's plastic. Two bolts through the floor hold it.

That was done a long time ago...

the photo is from the day after I got it home from the cage builder.

              Note: No paint on cage.

              You've seen it?

                  RD dead pedal

                  dead pedal walking.

I had a local fabricator build one for me using the RD item as a model which we had in our hands.......its just great for track work. The ht is right around cp ht.

Its even with the clutch pedal. You don't want your foot to be under the pedals if there is a large offset impact. Also, less movement to get to the clutch.

Scott - I don't remember what you did to yours but I do remember you helping me round off mine.
