I actually pounded mine out with a sledge - it rubs on the upper/inner part of the fender, not the lips. :(

OK got ya. You can't run LESS negative camber as the tires would rub......That's what massive fender rolling/flares are for ya know?

i went with the bav auto kmac style. The squeak like hell at speeds under 10mph but do the job. And no grinding required. Just a lot of patience. lol

after looking at gustave's trailing arm curves again, I'm not sure I even want to bother with the weld in TA adjusters. I don't really plan on going any lower in the rear, and less camber would just make me rub the fenders more - I think I might sell them and go with 75d AKG bushings instead. I have urethane now, but the crap IE used to sell doesn't really fit right and the TAs actually move side to side a bit..

You dont want aluminum subframe bushings unless its a track car.

In the looking around I've done I can't find aluminum subframe bushings.......Vac sells an aluminum diff mount but I'm still looking for subframe bushings.
Where did you pick these up?

Just something to think about.
Considering the rear suspension GAINS NEGATIVE camber on compression, and toe in, I would think we need to minimize negative camber somewhat. Maybe -1 degree in the rear, even if at -3 or -3.5 up front......I'll try and find the camber curves that Gustave posted on the E30 trailing arm suspension.

Also, are they worth the price and the pain of the install? And are they that hard to install, many people dont get then because they say they are too hard/PITA to install.
